1. Super Saver is our most economical shipping method. Please allow 4 to 12 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 to 4 business days for processing and 3 to 8 business days for shipping. Add 2 business days if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.). Due to a significant increase in parcel volume, you may experience a delay of 5 or more additional days in transit time for your shipment. Shipping to PO boxes, military bases (APO, FPO, etc.), and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) is available with this shipping method. Please be aware that Super Saver delivery estimates for APO/FPO/DPO shipments do not reflect the delivery time to your foreign base of operations. The U.S. military takes over possession of the mail from the U.S. Post Office, making the delivery to your foreign base address. The delivery estimate reflects the transit time from Entertainment Earth to the U.S. military personnel responsible for transporting the mail to your foreign locale. The Super Saver tracking number will not work once the U.S. military takes receipt of the parcel.
2. Upgraded shipping is available for residential clients requesting quicker delivery. Please allow 3 to 11 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 to 4 business days for processing and 2 to 7 business days for shipping). This shipping method is trackable. Shipping to PO boxes, military bases (APO, FPO, etc.), and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) is NOT available with this shipping method. Add 2 business days if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
3. Expedited shipping is available for express deliveries. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your in-stock items to arrive. This shipping method is trackable.
4. Next Day Air is available for urgent deliveries. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your in-stock items to arrive. This shipping method is trackable. Please contact Client Services to use this shipping method.
